What to expect from your delivery experience?

Check your delivery service to see how we communicate your delivery to you once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and how to track or rearrange your delivery below. You will receive SMS notifications if you have entered your mobile number at checkout.

With all deliveries, you receive a tracking link in your dispatch email where you can access to all of the options listed below. Or simply, click the link on our Track your Order page on our website.

DHL

You will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of estimated delivery date with option to amend delivery
On the day of delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of 1-hour delivery slot with option to amend delivery
On the day of delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS delivery notice 5-15 minutes before delivery
If you are not in when DHL make the delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of attempted delivery, reconfirming delivery attempt with options to re-arrange below

You will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of estimated delivery date with option to amend delivery

On the day of delivery, if you are not in when Evri make the delivery, you will receive an Email & SMS confirmation of attempted delivery

DX Deliveries

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation to confirm your parcel is on its way DX Deliveries have introduced a temporary revised delivery procedure during this period. If you would prefer not to sign for a delivery on the driver's hand held device, the driver will enter their name and enter "CV" in the signature field which will be classed as a successful delivery.

Shipping

Customers can get free shipping on all purchases. Ship by Air express, like USPS,EMS,DHL,TNT etc.They are door to door service.According to different country,we will choose most convenient Air express for you. And any of them can guarantee the shipping security and convenience.

All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. In addition, It may take more than 10 business days to deliver to remote locations.

Shipping Time

Usually, all orders will be shipped out the next business day. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday morning. As the general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Usually, the items will arrival in 3-7 days. And 5-10 days during the busiest periods. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time.

Tracking

If you want to track the progress of your order, check your email and find the unique tracking reference number you will have received from us. The tracking number will be valid for your check after you receive the email.

Returns or Exchanges

We will do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience, However occasionally you may need to return or exchanges a product. You can return item(s) or exchanges by mail within 45 days of the receipt date. Please be aware that the returned goods should be in their original packaging and be in a sellable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

If you have any problems, email us with your name and order number with any questions or comments, where our customer service staff will be happy to help.

Canceling Your Order

If you have received the products and wish to cancel your order, you must take reasonable care of the Products and not use them. Please email us ASAP. You could cancel the order before the item being dispatched. When your order has been shipped out, we will be unable to cancel it. If you cancel your order with us, you must return any Products received at your cost. Besides, Once an order has been canceled, it cannot be reactivated.
